INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in serving on the Autism 4 Parents Board of Directors. The Autism 4 Parents formal By-Laws cover the make-up, duties, powers, terms of office and other details concerning our Board. The following is a less formal summary of the information that is intended to answer frequently asked questions.

How many people serve on the Board of Directors? |

Who appoints members of the Board? |

The Autism 4 Parents Board. |

How long are the terms? |

Each term is four years. |

What are the requirements of Board positions? |

|
The Board will discuss and vote on the highest priority issues, set organizational policies, approve budgets, establish long term plans and establish fundraising. |

How many Board meetings are held each year and where are they held? |
|
|
There are a total of (5) meetings a year held in the resident county. (4) are one meeting every quarter and (1) special meeting. |

What about travel expenses for Board Members? |
|
|
All travel, room, and board expenses connected with Board meetings are paid for by Autism 4 Parents. Members are NOT paid an honorarium for their services. |

How do I apply for a position on the board? |
